Triad Family Services is a 501(c)(3) corporation that has been providing foster care services since 1988. Our agency is committed to providing children and families with the resources needed to establish, maintain or rebuild a permanent family in which children are protected and nurtured.
Triad provides foster care services through offices in Sacramento, Oakland and Lathrop. We also serve the Antioch and Modesto regions. Children and adolescents of all ages (birth to age 21) are placed in our foster homes, including increased placement requests for large sibling groups and teen single mothers with infants.
It is our mission to provide carefully planned, effective and supportive services to children and families in the foster care system. Addressing foster care through a three-sided approach, including intervention, maintenance, and reunification. Our team of dedicated parents and skilled professionals are committed to providing tools and support essential to children if they are to develop successfully to a healthy adulthood.
Triad Family Services is currently pending accreditation by The Council on Accreditation (COA). COA is an international, independent, nonprofit, human service accrediting organization. There mission is to partner with human service organizations to improve service delivery outcomes by developing, applying, and promoting accreditation standards.
